    Boarding procedures (ticket exchange) begin one hour before departure and close 30 minutes before. A passenger manifest is required, so we kindly ask for your cooperation. As it can be crowded on the day, please allow yourself extra time to arrive.

    There was no drift ice at all. They should ideally offer refunds or at least discounted rates when there is no drift ice.

    Lucky to have seen drift ice. However, the ship is a bit crowded. Never had a chance to enjoy the view from the upper front deck.
