Check-in (ticket exchange) begins 60 minutes before departure and closes 30 minutes before departure. If you made a reservation by phone, you will need to provide your passenger list during check-in; we appreciate your cooperation. If you made a reservation online and there are no changes to your reservation details, you do not need to fill out the passenger list. It tends to get crowded on the day of the trip, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
